Graduate Quantity Surveyor

OCS are recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist contractor operating across the industrial, environmental, demolition, remediation, and construction sectors. With a strong reputation for delivering complex projects safely, sustainably, and efficiently, our client is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Central London.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their career, working alongside experienced commercial professionals on a diverse range of projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with cost reporting and project forecasting.
• Supporting valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.
• Assisting with subcontractor procurement and administration.
• Monitoring project costs and commercial performance.
• Maintaining accurate commercial records and documentation.

About You

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Eager to learn and develop a career in Quantity Surveying.
