Graduate Quantity Surveyor

FBR Recruitment are currently working with a well-established and reputable house builder based in Southampton, who are looking to appoint a Graduate-Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. With sites across Berkshire to West Sussex, the role would be office based with regular site visits.-

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to further develop their career within the residential housing sector.

Depending on experience the salary expectations are -25,000/-28,000 p/a.

Requirements:-

• Degree, HNC/HND, or working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
• Full UK driving licence
