Graduate Quality Assurance Technician

We are seeking a Graduate Quality Assurance Technician to join a prestigious engineering client on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities: Manage and maintain all documents, both physical and electronic, in a systematic and organised manner Numbering, registration, distribution and tracking of change control documentation such as Technical Query, Change Request etc. Provide an auditable trail of incoming and outgoing documentation for projects using the company procedures and systems Quality check documents on formal aspects. (i.e. correct revisioning, title, numbering) Receive and issue documents in line with project timescales Reviewing/Completing and ensuring timely updating of company production data documentation Compilation / Collation of build pack documentation, including release certification for customer release. Recording of traceability and completing of checks for accompanying certification to meet customer expectations May occasionally assist with physical inspection activities in assembly Key skills required: Degree, HND, HNC in engineering subject Graduates will be accepted and also graduates with some work experience will be accepted Must be able to obtain security clearance The following are desirable: Experience using ERP or quality management systems. Knowledge of ISO 9001/AQAP quality management standards. Understanding of basic quality assurance principles and non-conformance reporting.
