This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to gain paid, hands-on experience in mental health and education before progressing into further study in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related fields.You will work closely with pupils requiring additional emotional, behavioural, and mental health support, playing a key role in helping them engage positively with learning and school life.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needsSupport students in developing coping strategies, emotional regulation, and resilienceAssist in implementing individual support plans and behaviour strategiesWork collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and external professionalsBuild strong, trusting relationships with pupils to support their wellbeing and progressMonitor and record student progress and wellbeingIdeal CandidateA degree in Psychology or a related subject (2:2 or above)A genuine interest in mental health, child development, and educationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsResilient, patient, and empathetic approachA desire to pursue a career in ..... full job details .....
