We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join their supportive team, working on a small-group basis to help pupils thrive.The RoleUnlike mainstream classrooms, this role focuses on deeply impactful, small-scale intervention. You will be working with classes made up of up to 5 pupils, allowing you to build strong rapport, understand individual triggers, and deliver tailored emotional and academic support.Key Responsibilities:Utilise your understanding of psychology and human behaviour to support pupils managing SEMH needs and trauma.Work on a small group basis to help pupils engage with their learning and manage their emotions.Collaborate closely with class teachers, therapists, and external support teams to implement individual care plans.De-escalate challenging behaviours and create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.What We Are Looking ForA degree in Psychology (or a closely related social science discipline).A genuine desire to support ..... full job details .....
