Ready to take your first step into a fast-paced, rewarding career within a dynamic team?Our client is currently looking to expand their Asset and Property Management team with the addition of a bright, driven Graduate Property/Asset Manager.You ll be supporting senior asset and property managers in delivering exceptional service to clients, helping manage diverse property portfolios including commercial and residential portfolio. Key Responsibilities Include Assisting in day-to-day management of properties across the portfolio Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and stakeholders Preparing service charge budgets and assisting with lease management Coordinating property inspections and compliance tasks Supporting with reporting, valuations, and asset performance reviews Gaining exposure to investment and asset strategy work What our client is Looking For: A degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying or a related field Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills A keen interest in commercial property, asset strategy, and client service Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with property software a plus What s on Offer: Competitive salary Career progression in a respected, collaborative environment Exposure ..... full job details .....
