As a Graduate Project Surveyor, you''ll support the Estate Project Managers to help Lincolnshire Housing Partnership deliver high-quality estate works, adaptations, and planned maintenance across the organisation. What will I need to thrive in this role? A minimum level 3 qualification (or working towards) in building surveying or construction AND/OR experience in project/contract management A desire to complete academic qualifications in relation to building surveying A good understanding of the social housing sector Trust and Integrity - You build confidence through honesty, reliability, and ethical decision-making.
