What can you expect?As a Graduate Project Manager, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from sale to launch and initial live operation. You''ll gain hands-on experience in improving delivery processes, focusing on maximizing client satisfaction. We are committed to supporting your growth with mentorship and increasing responsibilities.In time, you will be responsible for:Managing projects and building strong client relationships during integration.Initiating delivery projects, aligning plans with client expectations and business objectives.Leading client onboarding calls, defining specifications, and guiding integrations.Controlling project schedules, tracking milestones, and adjusting timelines using project management tools.Maintaining transparent communication, managing stakeholder expectations, and negotiating scope changes.Reviewing client integrations to ensure they meet specifications and addressing issues.Running CMS training sessions to ensure effective platform use.Identifying and addressing problems proactively with potential solutions.Managing post-launch support and ensuring smooth handover to Customer Success.Collaborating with cross-functional teams on tech and content projects.Contributing to process improvements and ensuring documentation accuracy.Qualifications
