This role combines technical expertise, client-facing communication, and project management. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced software environment and contribute to customer success and product development.Key Responsibilities:Conduct demonstrations and consulting sessions, documenting them with meeting minutes.Document customer business requirements and map them to functionality.Advise customers on best practice implementation approaches using industry knowledge.Plan, manage, and communicate project progress to meet milestones and maintain momentum.Manage customer expectations regarding project scope, timelines, responsibilities, and risks.Configure applications to meet customer requirements.Provide follow-up consulting and assistance to customers.Assist the Business Development Director with presales activities like product demonstrations and gap analysis.Create detailed and accurate specifications for system customization.Support the Project Manager with documentation, delivery plans, and managing risks, issues, and budgets.Candidate Requirements:A minimum 2:1 degree in Business, Computer Science, Maths, or Facilities Management.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data manipulation.Familiarity with SaaS.Knowledge of project management and software implementation methodologies.Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.Ability to learn new products quickly and multitask across projects.Attention to detail and organized work habits.Proactive, self-starting attitude.Strong relationship-building skills and ..... full job details .....
