Graduate Production Manager

The Company Our client is a specialist manufacturer. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Graduate Production Manager. The Role Will be a development role for a recent Graduate into a Production Managers role. As Graduate Production Manager you will receive guidance and support from senior management. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, on time and within budget. Duties to include planning production schedules, managing resources (personnel, materials, equipment) and maintaining quality standards. You will also work to improve processes, reduce costs and ensure safety. The Person Must be a graduate with a degree in a related field. Previous engineering or manufacturing experience preferred. You will have good leadership/team management experience. Will have good planning skills. You will be IT literate with good analytical skills.
