Graduate Production Manager

The Company

Our client is a specialist manufacturer. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Graduate Production Manager.

The Role

• Will be a development role for a recent Graduate into a Production Managers role.
• As Graduate Production Manager you will receive guidance and support from senior management.
• You will be responsible for-overseeing and managing the production process ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, on time and within budget.-
• Duties to include planning production schedules, managing resources (personnel, materials, equipment) and maintaining quality standards.-
• You will also work to improve processes, reduce costs and ensure safety.-

The Person

• Must be a graduate with a degree in a related field.
• Previous engineering or manufacturing experience preferred.
• You will have good leadership/team management experience.
• Will have good planning skills.
• You will be IT literate with good analytical skills.
• Will have the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
