The role is customer facing and will see you working closely with one of the UK''s favourite retailers, so confidence, professionalism and a collaborative mindset are essential. You will need to feel comfortable representing the business in front of key stakeholders while translating customer briefs into innovative, market-ready products.

To be considered you will need a UK food related degree, a full driving licence and access to a car, as travel will form a regular part of this role. Above all you will need that rare spark of creativity that turns a good product developer into a brilliant one.
