What you’ll be doing

Act as a trainee site manager for construction projects.

Gain experience in managing construction sites, coordinating teams, and ensuring safety.

Learn project management, site operations, and leadership skills.

Who we’re looking for

Graduates with a degree in a relevant field; formal training and on-the-job learning with strong career progression opportunities.

Minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.

Full UK driving license (must hold prior to joining).

Willingness to travel to various locations; occasionally work away from home. All reasonable travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed per company policy.
