Graduate Planning Consultant

Working from four offices across the Midlands, we offer an array of services - planning, architecture, building surveying, valuation and business consultancy - to help our clients make the most of their assets. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team made up of surveyors, engineers, planners and architects. You will be part of a business which is big enough for a varied range of work and opportunities. However, it is small enough to provide autonomy and a chance to really get to know everyone expanding your skills and building new connections. Your role will sit within a team whose work ranges from applications and appeals to site promotions. At Berrys, our projects span everything from self-build houses and rural diversification projects to strategic large-scale developments. You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload of projects, and to develop specialist skills in areas you find particularly interesting. Role Profile - Graduate Planning Consultant The role will suit somebody who has recently graduated or is due to graduate, or alternatively, if you are somebody who has a few years'' experience. This role offers exposure to a varied portfolio of projects, from householder and rural diversification schemes through to major residential, commercial and strategic development proposals.
