Graduate Planning and Development Officer

Your new companyThis is a unique opportunity to join an organisation based in North Hampshire looking for a Graduate Town Planner or planning officer to oversee some of their planning functions and co-ordinate some development opportunities. Ideally, you will have an RTPI accredited degree or comparable experience and be able to work in the offices 4 days per week in Hampshire. There is good progression available, and you will be working on some interesting applications. Your new roleYou will play an important role in coordinating planning activities and keeping key processes organised and on track. This includes supporting a major planning application as well as managing a range of smaller submissions. Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications Maintaining accurate and organised planning records and documentation Monitoring planning conditions and Section 106 obligations Coordinating information from internal teams and external stakeholders Supporting stakeholder and community engagement activities Assisting with responses to planning-related queries This role would particularly suit someone who: Enjoys structured processes and keeping things organised Has strong attention to detail Is confident in communicating with different stakeholders Wants to develop their career within planning and developmentWhat you''ll need to succeedThey are looking for someone organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with processes, documentation, and multiple ..... full job details .....
