What You Will Do:- Serve as the go-to expert on packaging materials, providing guidance on sustainable, innovative solutions.- Stay up to date with industry regulations and ensure packaging complies with standards such as OPRL, EPR, and Plastic Tax.- Lead the design and execution of new packaging concepts, from initial ideas to factory trials and final product launches.- Collaborate with suppliers to source cutting-edge materials and stay ahead of market trends.- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of packaging and foodservice product development projects.- Present innovative packaging concepts to internal teams and external stakeholders, driving forward-thinking solutions.
