About this opportunity:The Order and Delivery Management (ODM) role is responsible for order management and is accountable for 100% clarification final check, monitoring and delivering orders according to sales order/project requirements for various products and services. The role covers order execution for sales orders and project deliveries, returns and transportation, with a focus on optimizing management and control of order and return flows.The role requires navigating a complex internal IT landscape. The successful candidate will spend 50% of time on day-to-day responsibilities outlined below and 50% on automating system handovers, optimizing processes, and improving visibility and transparency of goods movement/status. Knowledge of Python and/or other programming languages is a requirement to thrive in the role.What you will do

Determine how, when and from where the required items will be delivered to meet customer requirements in a cost-efficient way.Monitor orders to ensure all line items are confirmed, order acknowledgement is timely, and customer/project requirements are met.Analyse and respond to change requests from stakeholders.Ensure outbound deliveries are packed and ready for transportation in alignment with order acknowledgement and/or call-off requests.Track orders to secure completion and closure in a timely manner.Determine appropriate strategies and locations for returns by managing and controlling the receipt of faulty/excess material.Optimize transport based on predefined options and lead time requirements.Ensure shipments are executed as planned—from LSP confirmation to physical delivery and Transport Service purchase order creation.The skills you bring
