As a Product Operations Associate, you''ll be instrumental in rolling out revolutionary poultry farm management systems that combine automated sensors with farmer co-designed software to transform productivity, animal welfare, and sustainability across the industry. This role gives you the chance to bridge hardware preparation, logistics, customer liaison, and installation planning - you''ll configure IoT kits including routers, gateways, and sensors, assemble product enclosures, conduct quality assurance testing, and manage stock coordination with suppliers.

You''ll package and ship products to farms, plan deployment timelines, and conduct on-site visits for pre-install surveys and post-install follow-ups. Working directly with farmers, you''ll adapt kit configurations to meet site-specific needs whilst gathering invaluable product feedback to share with the engineering team. This Product Operations Associate position is perfect for someone who''s technically curious, practical, and equally comfortable in a workshop setting as they are visiting farm sites across the country.

The ideal Product Operations Associate will be an early-career professional or graduate with a genuine interest in getting their hands dirty - both literally and figuratively. You''ll be comfortable with hands-on assembly and configuration work, tech-literate with a basic knowledge of hardware systems, and an organised communicator who can speak clearly with farmers and internal teams alike. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for farm visits, and you''ll be someone who thrives working both independently and collaboratively. What my client will give you in return:

• -24,000 to -28,000 depending on experience, with opportunities to progress as you develop advanced technical skills
