Graduate Operations/Middle Office Analyst (6-Month Contract) Investment Banking Glasgow/HybridWe are seeking a motivated Graduate Analyst for a 6-month contract opportunity with a leading investment banking client. This role would suit an individual who has completed a relevant internship within financial services, investment banking, asset management, or a fund administration environment and is looking to build on their experience within a fast-paced markets operation.The successful candidate will have previous exposure to Middle Office, Trade Support, Investment Operations, Fund Administration, Settlements, Reconciliations, Client Services, or a similar operational function. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work with large volumes of data are essential.Key Responsibilities:Supporting day-to-day Middle Office and operational activitiesTrade life cycle monitoring and exception managementInvestigating and resolving reconciliation breaksWorking closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations and external counterpartiesAssisting with reporting, data analysis and process improvement initiativesMaintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to controlsRequirements:Degree educated (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business or similar)Prior internship or placement experience within an investment bank, asset manager, fund administrator, custodian bank or financial services firmStrong Excel skills and high attention to detailExcellent communication ..... full job details .....
