Graduate Mechanical EngineerLocation: GlasgowSalary: 30,000 DOEHours: Monday - FridayThe RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join a specialist engineering environment working on bespoke, high-end classic and performance vehicles.Working closely with an experienced restoration and engineering team, you will be involved in a variety of hands-on engineering and project-based activities, supporting the design, restoration, modification and development of bespoke vehicles.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate looking to develop their engineering career within a highly specialised and practical environment, working on unique projects where no two vehicles are necessarily the same.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the design and development of bespoke vehicle components and assemblies.Producing and modifying engineering drawings and CAD models.Working closely with the restoration team to develop practical engineering solutions.Assisting with full vehicle restoration and upgrade projects.Supporting the introduction and improvement of new machinery and equipment.Providing engineering input into ongoing projects from initial concept through to completion.Working alongside experienced engineers and technicians to understand manufacturing and installation requirements.Helping identify opportunities to improve processes, equipment and engineering methods.Carrying out technical investigations and resolving ..... full job details .....
