This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join a close-knit, collaborative team where you''ll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle-from early-stage design through to installation and commissioning.

This consultancy is a specialist MEP design practice offering a fully integrated service across mechanical, electrical, acoustics, utilities and more. They are known for their hands-on, director-led approach, working closely with architects, contractors and clients to deliver high-quality, coordinated designs.
Their work focuses heavily on high-end residential and bespoke projects, with an emphasis on intelligent, discreet engineering solutions and sustainable design.

The Role
As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you''ll support the design and delivery of mechanical building services systems, including:
- HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
- Domestic water services and drainage
- Sustainable and low-carbon technologies (e.g. heat pumps, energy strategies)
- Coordination with electrical and architectural teams
- Production of design calculations, reports, and drawings
You''ll be mentored by experienced engineers and gain hands-on involvement in live projects from day one.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in building services design (this can include a placement year)
- Understanding of HVAC and building services fundamentals
- Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit or similar (desirable)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
