Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer

A Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer with a minimum of a 1st /2.1 Bachelors / Masters Degree gained from a leading University, proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks and/or Creo), exposure to electronics and some knowledge of FEA / CFD will join an exciting Technical Consultancy where you’ll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects across Defence, Medical, Industrial and Aerospace applications.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 1st / 2.1 Bachelors / Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline gained from a leading UK University.
• Strong 3D CAD skills using SolidWorks and / or Creo.
• Hands-on experience within a workshop or assembly environment ideally with some electronics exposure.
• An understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with simulation tools such as FEA or CFD.
• Some basic programming or scripting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, customer facing skills and a good team player.
• Willingness to work on Defence projects.
