What you ll be doing With a focus on customer attraction and onboarding, you ll take a targeted, data-driven approach to marketing and growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing digital marketing efforts across multiple channels to attract new customers Conducting bottom-up forecasting and setting performance targets Using data insights from the internal data warehouse to inform strategy Executing omnichannel, segmented test-and-learn campaigns Monitoring and analysing performance metrics such as CR%, CPA, AOV, and traffic Collaborating with the retention team on strategy, insight sharing, and new opportunities Supporting SEO efforts, including optimised article deployment (training provided) Learning and using tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta and Google Ads (training provided) Applying basic ..... full job details .....
