Graduate Manufacturing TechnicianLocation: LincolnSalary: 28K per annum About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated graduate to join our Manufacturing team, supporting the assembly, testing and repair of high-reliability electronic products.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and test electronic and RF products following engineering drawings, work instructions and test procedures.Carry out mechanical assembly, PCB soldering and other manufacturing processes to required quality standards.Complete production documentation and test records accurately.Support fault finding and repair activities on production units and returned products.Adhere to Health and Safety, ESD and quality requirements at all times.Work collaboratively with Engineering and Production teams to meet delivery targets.Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including 5S and process improvement initiatives.What We''re Looking ForEssentialDegree, HND or equivalent qualification in Electronic or Electromechanical Engineering or a related discipline.Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.Practical aptitude and enthusiasm for hands-on engineering.Ability to read and understand technical documentation and drawings.Good communication and teamwork skills.Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop. DesirablePlacement year, internship, laboratory or project experience within an engineering environment.Basic soldering, electronics assembly or testing experience.Knowledge of Lean ..... full job details .....
