As part of continued growth, they''re looking for a motivated Graduate Property Management Surveyor to join the dynamic team.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to start or continue their APC journey with structured support and real responsibility from day one. Working closely with senior surveyors and partners, you’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of property management including:

• Assisting in the management of a diverse property portfolio
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
• Managing service charge budgets and lease compliance
• Supporting rent reviews, lease renewals, and dilapidations

• A degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a RICS-accredited equivalent
• Enthusiasm for property and a desire to progress towards MRICS status
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
