Graduate Logistics Administrator

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this expanding company on the outskirts of Cramlington to recruit a Graduate Logistics Administrator. Your duties will be as follows: Processing customer orders and creating production requirements for factories Managing product pipeline, stock levels and delivery times Updating SAP with inbound shipments from factories Issuing information to customers on status of their order books Liaising with factories on timely delivery of products into the warehouse or alternatively direct to customers Issuing delivery notes to warehouse to pick and ship products to customers and subsequent billing Issuing information on sales revenue, projections and order book as required Involvement in the inventory count by the warehouse as needed Assisting with accounts receivable, management of product returns and issuing and delivering sales invoices for customers as required Advising of any training required in an evolving business model This is an ideal role for a graduate who is looking for their first career move.
