Graduate Legal Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join a well-regarded firm of solicitors based in North West London.Working within the residential conveyancing team, this role offers training and hands-on exposure to both pre-completion and post-completion work in a dynamic workplace.This role is ideally suited to a recent law graduate who has gained some practical exposure to legal work, such as internships, paralegal experience, or work placements and who is motivated to build a career in law.Duties include:Assisting with a range of post-completion tasks, including completing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) formsProcessing applications and registrations at Companies HouseSupporting pre-completion work, including liaising with fee-earners, mortgage lenders and clients to obtain documentation and updatesProviding administrative support to fee-earners on their caseloads, ensuring deadlines are met efficientlyKey Skills and Requirements:Legal degree - essentialStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailThis is a lovely opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join a respected, forward-thinking firm and build a rewarding career in law.For further information on this opportunity, please contact Fame Recruitment Consultants today.Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
