Academics is proud to be partnering with an outstanding primary school in Westminster to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistant for an April 2026 start.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide general classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions, including support for pupils with SEN

• Work collaboratively with class teachers and the SEN team

• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Contract Details

• Start Date: April 2026

• Contract: Term Time Only, Monday to Friday

• Location: Westminster, Central London

• Salary: -95 a day (dependent on experience)

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be a 2025 or recent graduate from any academic discipline with a genuine interest in education and child development. Previous experience working with children-whether paid or voluntary-is highly desirable. You will be patient, proactive, and eager to learn, with a positive and professional approach to supporting young learners.
