The ideal applicant will likely be a recent graduate in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field. Candidates who have further developed their skills through compelling personal projects, open-source contributions, or practical hardware/software build skills are encouraged to apply. Core Responsibilities Production and Automation: Assembling high-precision mechanical/electronic hardware; designing and programming robotic automations, tools, and jigs to optimize workshop efficiency. Product Improvement: Refining core designs based on production feedback and occasional field visits to observe end-user interactions. Growth and Development: Upskilling across design, manufacturing, electronics, and software, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility.
