      <description>Location: Esher | Salary: &amp;pound;93 - &amp;pound;105/day | Type: Contract | Graduate Job - Psychology, Sociology, Criminology  We are recruiting for a Graduate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist therapeutic education setting supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism, SEMH and other barriers to learning.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate looking for practical, hands-on experience!  About the School   An independent SEMH  (Social, Emotional, Mental Health) school for boys and girls, aged 7-17, in Esher, Surrey. Building relationships with our pupils is key to their therapeutic approach. Small pupil numbers, coupled with a high staff ratio, help to create a nurturing environment in which our students can thrive.
