Graduate IT Support Analyst

An impressive global firm is looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join its sizeable technology team as an IT Support Analyst. Please note this role is hybrid - you''ll work from home 2 days per week with 3 days in the Central London office. Working as part of a collaborative IT team you will act as a first point of contact for internal IT queries so excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential. It is expected that you will have knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, Azure, Windows 10/11 and Teams. You will monitor, triage and resolve support tickets coming into the IT Service Desk, providing 1 st and some 2 nd line support for system and hardware issues. You will work with users to resolve technical problems and will escalate issues to 2 nd and 3 rd line engineers as needed.
