This role offers excellent career development, structured mentoring, and exposure to high-profile projects from day one.The RoleYou’ll be part of a collaborative, technically strong team, working on a variety of projects including new builds, refurbishments, and heritage sites. Responsibilities include:Designing electrical systems (lighting, small power, containment, data, fire alarms)Producing CAD and Revit drawings, calculations, and technical documentationParticipating in site visits, client meetings, and design team reviewsCollaborating with mechanical engineers, sustainability consultants, and building physics specialistsApplying low-carbon and sustainable design principles to real-world projectsAbout YouWe’re looking for someone with:A degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related fieldRecent graduate experience or 1–3 years in consultancyFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux/Relux, or similar tools (desirable)A genuine interest in sustainable building servicesStrong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindsetWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: £25,000–£38,000 depending on experienceFull support towards chartership (IET or CIBSE)Benefits including private healthcare, 25+ days holiday, pension, cycle-to-work scheme, and flexible/hybrid workingHands-on project involvement with structured mentoring from senior engineersFriendly, sociable office culture with regular team events and CPD opportunitiesIf you’re eager to start or advance your career in electrical building services, while contributing to sustainable, low-carbon design projects, this is an excellent opportunity to grow in a supportive, high-quality environment.Please note that we do not offer sponsorships.
