Graduate Graphic Designer

A forward-thinking organisation, based in Hounslow, is seeking a creative and motivated Graduate Graphic Designer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their skills within a collaborative environment, contributing to meaningful and engaging projects.

Working in a hybrid capacity, the successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms, while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of creative projects

The salary for this hybrid role is up to -28,800.

Main responsibilities for the Graduate Graphis Designer role are:

• Create digital assets for social media and email marketing
• Design and format print materials including flyers, signage and reports
• Use Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to produce brand-aligned content
• Support brand consistency across all outputs
• Assist with content creation, including photo/video shoots and events
• Manage design files and respond to briefs with professionalism
• Explore design trends and AI tools to enhance creative output

Skills required for the Graduate Graphic Designer role are:

• Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent) with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Canva
• Good eye for layout, branding and visual storytelling
• Strong organisation, time management and communication skills
• Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in community-focused or public sector design work
• Ability to travel within the Borough of Hounslow if required
