Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting ground investigations and a variety of geotechnical site activities
• Recording soil and rock conditions and carrying out in-situ testing
• Assisting in the production of factual and interpretative geotechnical reports
• Contributing to earthworks evaluations and foundation design recommendations
• Organising laboratory testing and analysing site investigation results
• Assisting with remediation projects and ground engineering solutions
• Overseeing site activities while maintaining health & safety standards
• Collaborating with senior engineers and multidisciplinary project teams
• Keeping clear and accurate site records and technical documentation
• Communicating with clients, contractors, and external project stakeholders

What We''re Looking For:

• Degree qualified in Geology, Earth Sciences, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related subject (ideally achieving a 2:1 or above)
• Keen interest in geotechnical engineering and ground investigation works
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including technical reporting
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and keen to develop professionally
• Able to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Flexible and willing to undertake site-based work when required
• Full UK driving licence is advantageous
• Must have the right to work in the UK
