Graduate Flood Risk Engineer

My Client, a specialist Environmental Engineering Consultancy, is searching for a Graduate Flood Risk Engineer to join their team in Aberdeen. You will join a growing team of Civil Engineers and Flood Risk Consultants who specialise in flood risk, drainage and infrastructure design for Property Developers, Housing Developers and Commercial Clients across Scotland and The Highlands. Site visits will allow you to travel across Scotland!As a Graduate Flood Risk Engineer you will be a key part of the friendly and supportive team and complete flood risk and drainage clients for Clients across the UK. You will be trained and supported to complete;Flood Risk Assessments Targeting flood mitigation strategiesHydraulic ModellingHydrological AssessmentsHydrogeological Assessments Flood risk appraisalsGIS MappingDrainage strategies Drainage Design for residential developments. You will join a supportive and friendly team and work from the Aberdeen office on a hybrid basis. Candidates are required to have an academic background in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering and ideally experience working for a UK based Consultancy completing environmental projects, drainage, GIS mapping or flood risk assessments.
