Graduate Finance Assistant

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance/ Accounts Assistant to join a busy company within a varied and interesting finance role. You will be working within a fun and friendly environment within a Finance role which has the capacity to grow in the future. We are looking for highly numerate candidates with 2-3 years finance experience with qualifications within accountancy and finance. Key responsibilities Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expenses Recording financial transactions in accounting systems Reconciling bank statements with company accounts Supporting the monitoring of budgets and forecasting expenditure Accounts payable and receivable ledgers Load invoices to sage Maintain Direct debits Credit cards Expenses Load supplier invoices to Sage What the employer is looking for 3 years + accounts experience Degree or equivalent in Accounts and Finance Experience with Sage Organised and good time management skills Attention to detail Highly numerate What s in it for you: Salary: £30-35k 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Close down at Christmas Health insurance Pension Red Door Recruitment is committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion among our workforce, and eliminating unlawful discrimination.
