Are you a graduate with an engineering related degree who has confidence working with numbers, strong organisational skills and proficient Excel knowledge looking for a varied role within a close-knit company in a role offering in-office training and ongoing progression to senior?

This growing company offers fire stopping and passive fire protection solutions into domestic industries. They have progressed since their establishment in 2008 and due to an ever-increasing workload, they are looking to grow their friendly team. Their continued growth comes from working closely with main contractors and being trusted to repeatedly deliver.

In this role, you will primarily work with the Senior Estimator to ensure the cost of tender is reasonable across different projects and that any possible risks have been taken into account, requiring frequent travel to various sites to verify this.

This role would suit a recent graduate that has an interest in construction, engineering, or commercial roles, seeking a local, permanent role within a company offering great career development and the chance to start building the foundations for a long-lasting career in the industry.

The Role:

• Read tender documents, attend meetings, and visit sites to understand what the job involves.
• Get quotes from contractors and put these together for review.
• Complete tender forms that include any important notes or conditions in the final submission
• Monday to Friday: 8:30-4:30 (Optional overtime available)

The Person:

• Proficient in Excel
• Commutable to Stansted
• Engineering related degree
