Cranleigh STEM is working with an established, family-run environmental waste management business, we are recruiting for a Graduate Environmental Compliance Coordinator to join their team in South Oxfordshire Salary: £. Transport: Pool vehicles provided for site visits Progression: Open to experienced candidates and strong graduates with relevant experience Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Environmental Permits, trade effluent discharge consents, surface water discharge consents, abstraction licences, and other regulatory requirements. Lead and manage permit applications and variations (internally or via consultants). Support site managers in ensuring compliance with environmental permits, investigating and documenting any deviations. Review and standardise environmental management systems across sites. Assist operational teams during Environment Agency (EA) visits, inspections, and audits. Review Environment Agency Compliance Assessment Report (CAR) forms and raise necessary actions. Compile, check, and submit quarterly waste returns to the EA. Liaise with project teams to ensure Environmental Permit applications or variations align with site developments. Analyse and interpret environmental monitoring data to identify trends and non-compliances. Submit Schedule 6 reports to the EA following breaches of environmental limits.
