These are excellent long-term opportunities for graduates who are keen to support students in English and develop their experience within a school environment.The RoleAs a Graduate English Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the English department to support students across the school, helping them build confidence, improve their literacy skills and make progress in their learning.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting students with English during lessons and providing additional help where needed.Working with small groups and individual students to develop their reading, writing, comprehension and analytical skills.Helping students improve their grammar, spelling, vocabulary and written expression.Supporting students with English Literature and English Language topics.Assisting teachers with lesson activities and classroom management.Encouraging positive engagement, participation and behaviour in lessons.Providing tailored support to students who may need additional help with their learning.The Ideal CandidateMust hold ..... full job details .....
