Client Summary:
A leading Rail Manufacturing company in Derbyshire - focussing predominately on the design and manufacture of the Rail Freight Wagons.

Position Summary:
A structured Mechanical Engineer graduate pathway, aligned to the iMechE graduate training principles. Moving from Foundation Learning to Supervised Delivery and ultimately onto full Work Package Ownership as a Mechanical Engineer.

A 4-year journey with placements split across 3 businesses within Engineering Group, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of engineering principles from design and manufacture to overhaul and maintenance.

This will include:
* Mechanical Design and CAD
* Manufacturing Exposure (Welding, fabrication, assembly, inspection and practical problem solving)
* Customer And Industry Exposure
* Progressive Ownership (Calculations, design packages, technical documentation)

Person Profile/Experience:
* A driven engineering Graduate with ability to travel and work across multiple technical placements.
* BSc or BEng within a relevant Mechanical Engineering Field

Qualifications:
Driving Licence
