Our client is offering a multidisciplinary graduate scheme that offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of an innovative engineering business before deciding where you want to specialise. You’ll work on live customer projects, gaining exposure to design, electrical engineering, automation, manufacturing, project management and sales. Rather than being confined to one department, you’ll become a valued member of each team you work with, developing practical and transferable skills along the way. The programme typically runs for around 2 years and 10 months, with each placement designed to build your technical knowledge, commercial awareness and confidence. What will you experience? Design Engineering – 9 months 3D CAD design using SolidWorks Creating manufacturing drawings Working closely with the manufacturing team Developing your understanding of how products are designed and manufactured Hands-on experience within the factory, including laser cutting, pressing and welding Electrical Engineering – 6 months Producing electrical schematics, P&IDs...
