About The Role
We are seeking a motivated, high-calibre STEM graduate to join our 12-month Graduate Program. Bringing a strong work ethic, absolute integrity, and a collaborative mindset, you will grow into a key role building the engineering solutions that power a cleaner future.
Program Overview
Our 12-month program is designed to give you a variety of hands-on opportunities to discover your ideal career path and deliver tangible value across four 3-month rotations:

Project Engineering: System design, electrical engineering, and CAD modelling.

Project Management: Project origination, business development, and project delivery.

IT & Asset Optimisation: Software development and data analysis for asset performance optimisation.

Specialist Choice: A final 3-month rotation in the department of your choice to solidify your long-term career direction.
Key Responsibilities

Learn and support complex engineering projects across various stages of the project lifecycle.

Take full accountability for delivering assigned engineering tasks on time and to a high standard.

Support strong feedback loops across technical learning, project design, and operational implementation.

Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges before they impact delivery timelines.
Key Requirements

Education: Degree-qualified in a STEM subject (preferably with some work or commercial exposure in the private sector).

Problem Solving & Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyse complex problems and work independently with minimal supervision.

Location & Commute: Must be able to commute daily to our Cheltenham office (this role is fully office-based).

Right to Work: Must have permanent eligibility to work in the UK. (Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship).
