OverviewGraduate Engineer – We''re looking for a Graduate Engineer with an interest in Instrumentation, Control, and Automation systems. You will join our NRNN and Transportation teams and assist our water team on a high profile project in the Twickenham area.
Locations: Twickenham, London.
Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum with potential £4,750 car allowance depending on eligibility.
Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to an assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k.
Starting date: September 2026.

What you will be responsible forAs a Graduate Engineer, you''ll be an essential part of our engineering team, assisting the team on Instrumentation, Control and Automation engineering systems.
What will your day-to-day duties include
Implement control strategies that optimize water treatment processes and ensure reliability and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, risk assessments, and operation manuals.
Ensure compliance with relevant water sector regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Review ICA related installation and commissioning works on site, ensuring compliance with quality and asset standards.
