It is envisaged that time & operational constraints allowing the Graduate Engineer will spend time in various departments and roles at PMD over a period of time to develop his/her skills, knowledge and capability with a view to taking on an Engineering role at an appropriate time. Regular review meetings will be held to ensure the Graduate Engineer is continuing to develop and that the operational needs of the business are met. At a suitable point depending on progress and achieving the required standard it is envisaged the role would develop into a Mechanical Engineer’s position working in the Engineering Team in Aviemore, supporting Engineering Design activities and also supporting the wider team with timely response to Engineering and Manufacturing queries.
