Graduate Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join a technical team based in Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an engineer in the early stages of their career to gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills and contribute to a range of engineering projects. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will support activities across product design, technical development, testing and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world engineering challenges while developing an understanding of how products progress from initial concept through to manufacture. The role would suit someone with a degree in electronic engineering, physics or a related technical discipline who enjoys analytical thinking, investigating problems and finding practical solutions. Previous industry experience is not essential, as training and guidance will be provided. Key Responsibilities Assist with the design, development and refinement of technical products. Carry out engineering calculations, modelling and analysis to support project work. Investigate new technologies, components, materials and design techniques. Help develop solutions to meet technical specifications and project requirements. Support testing activities, evaluate results and contribute to performance improvements.
