About the role
A global manufacturer is hiring a Graduate Engineer for its Circular Technology Centre in Wrexham.
This is a hands-on manufacturing role. You will improve remanufacturing and production processes, support automation projects, and work with engineering teams in the UK and Japan.
Japanese is useful. It is not essential. We want a strong graduate first.
The job

• Improve manufacturing and remanufacturing processes on a live production site
• Support automation, tooling and equipment trials from idea through to the line
• Use data to find problems in quality, yield, cycle time and waste — then help fix them
• Work with production, quality and maintenance so changes actually stick
• Feed shop-floor learning back into process and product design
• Build a portfolio toward IEng / CEng with real project evidence

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial or similar (2:2 minimum)
• Final-year student, new graduate, or up to 2 years’ experience
• Placement, internship, project or workshop experience
• Happy working on site in a factory
• Clear communicator. Japanese is an advantage, not a must
• Right to work in the UK
