This is an opportunity to join an established engineering business designing and manufacturing specialist electronic products for the marine sector. You''ll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the design and development of products used worldwide.

The Role

Working as part of the electronics design team, you''ll be involved in the full product development lifecycle, including:

• Designing and prototyping electronic circuits and systems
• PCB design and layout using CAD software
• Testing and fault-finding electronic systems
• Programming MCU and PIC devices
• Producing technical documentation, including specifications and user manuals
• Supporting the development of innovative products for the subsea and offshore sectors

What We''re Looking For

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
• Good understanding of electronic circuit design principles
• Experience using PCB CAD software
• Knowledge of MCU and PIC programming
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn

Desirable Skills

• RF circuit design
• Analogue electronics
• C or C#
• DSP or FPGA programming
• Strong mathematical or physics background
