We are looking for graduates who hold a relevant degree in Ecology or a related environmental discipline and can demonstrate:A logical and analytical approachStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to use initiative and think creativelyWork experience in Biodiversity is advantageous but not essential, as you will learn on the job with the support of our Graduate Training Scheme.Role and responsibilities

As Graduate Ecologist, you will work closely with the Biodiversity team to support a range of ecological projects and manage aspects of projects across sectors (infrastructure, residential, commercial, renewable energy). You will contribute to delivering high-quality advice and service to several clients, gaining experience across a variety of sectors.The Graduate Training Scheme
