We''re looking for a curious, organised and food-obsessed Development Technologist to join a fast-moving product development team creating exciting products for major UK retailers. If you love supermarket trends, new flavours, innovation, food samples and bringing ideas to life from concept to launch - this could be the perfect first step in your career.

You''ll work closely with Product Managers, suppliers and customers to help deliver new food products from brief through to supermarket shelves. One day you could be benchmarking products and spotting the next big trend, the next you might be preparing samples for customer presentations or attending first production trials in factory environments.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a graduate who wants real exposure to the full product development process. You''ll gain hands-on experience with retailer submissions, category insight, supplier collaboration, product launches and commercial decision-making - all while learning from an experienced and supportive team.

We''re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and ready to get stuck in. You''ll need great organisation skills, confidence communicating with different teams, and a genuine interest in food trends and innovation. A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or a related subject is essential, with a placement year in industry.

The role offers hybrid working with 1 day working from home and 4 days on site, you''ll need a full driving licence and access to a car.
