Graduate - Development and Regeneration
37 hours per week Fixed Term - 2 years We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support the project work of the Regeneration Projects Team. The post will report directly to the Team Leader but working to support all project officers in developing and delivering a wide range of capital projects and programmes across the County Borough. The officer will principally bring together research and information on best practice and project specific information, either to support the drafting of applications or to help manage the programmes and projects being delivered. The teams'' work has a land based approach, bringing placemaking and regeneration benefits to local areas. You will have the ability to draft and present information in a clear and informative manner. You will also have the benefit of working within a dynamic and experienced team of officers, who are delivering a range of projects. This role will be ideal for an individual withe land or geography based background, but who is also a proactive and flexible individual who has a solution focused attitude.
